When migration is talked about in the language of fear and crisis, how do journalists tell the true human story?


Fear, crisis, invasion. That’s the way migration gets spoken about and the far right is often the one setting the tone.

This episode is about reporting on migration through a different lens. We spoke to three journalists working to make space for fairer representations of migration in mainstream discourse, and asked each of them the same question: what does it actually take to change the narrative?
