										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Alyna is a Brussels-based researcher and advocate who works at the intersection of tech, migration and justice. She is currently researcher at Equinox Initiative for Racial Justice for the Tech Infrastructure Coalition, a partnership with The Institute for Technology in the Public Interest. Prior to that, Alyna was deputy director at PICUM, Europe&#8217;s only network focused on the rights of undocumented people. She has a background in the life sciences, philosophy and law, and is Vice-President of EDRi, a Europe-wide digital rights network.</p>

She is also the co-founder and publisher of Gama Revista. She co-founded and directed Nexo Jornal for eight years. Paula holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is a Sulzberger Fellow at Columbia University.</p>
